SPICe form shall be replaced by a new Web Form which is, SPICe+ (pronounced as SPICe Plus) and this form will be available from 1st February 2020 on the Ministry of Corporate Affairs Portal.
SPICe+ would be an integrated Web offering multiple services:
After Deployment of SPICe+ Web Form, Reserve Unique Name shall be applicable only for the change of name of existing companies.
