He has authored 3 books on International Taxation and Transfer Pricing.
Uttam graduated with a Bachelor of commerce degree from the university of Jabalpur in 1996. He later obtained a masters in commerce from the university of Pune In 1996. He qualified as a CA in 1999. Later, he qualified In the ISA and later as a Certified Professional I international Taxation and IFRS from ICAI . He specializes in international tax, company law matters IFRS, and other related work.
